to post links on their own websites to refer users to the Longhorn Software
website. Affiliates earn a commission on Longhorn Software sales resulting
directly from users being referred to the Longhorn Software website from affiliate
websites. This is a pay-per-sale affiliate program. The commission rate is 15% of
all qualifying net sales.
Here's how the program works: The affiliate places one or more links on their
website linking to longhornsoftware.com. A user clicks on such a link on the
affiliate's site and is sent to longhornsoftware.com. If the user then purchases a
Longhorn Software product on that visit or downloads a trial version of a
Longhorn Software product on that visit and later purchases the full version from
that trial version, the affiliate earns a 15% commission on the sales price of the
product purchased.
There is no cost to join or participate in the affiliate program. However,
participants must apply and be approved to become a Longhorn Software
affiliate. Longhorn Software will make available various text and graphic link
designs for the affiliate to choose from. Affiliates can use any or all of the link
designs provided but cannot create there own link designs or modify our link
designs in any way.
